Mentoring

Mentoring has been an integral part of the system at ALC for several years. The system has been designed to ensure monitoring by the teachers of the academic and psychological growth of the students and their accompanying their wards towards their emotional maturity. Each mentor (teacher) takes care of 25 students, meeting them periodically (twice a semester) and providing them guidance and counselling. The mentor maintains a book of record of each student’s profile and of the mentoring services provided to him/her. Besides the scheduled interaction, a mentee may meet his/her mentor on any day after fixing an appointment with him/her.
